After receiving feedback from customers and internal groups, the eSupport site was redesigned to answer many of the issues revealed in these surveys. Extensive user research was conducted by Dr. Jojo Sprufera over the course of the project, including moderated and unmoderated user testing and interviews. The design was heavily influenced by their findings and direct user feedback, in an effort to relieve many of the pain points users experienced. The new site integrated new functions and features, consolidated redundant pages, and streamlined the support funnel. Working alongside Yuan Yin, we were able to make sure that the design worked well for the other verticals of Lenovo eSupport. This project spanned across all internal eSupport sites and product level support pages (PSPs).

The Lenovo eSupport site-wide redesign was a project completed with the Data Center Group and PC Group at Lenovo.
